Angelique BodartIt’s been a fast paced month, but that’s the kind of pace I like.  Learning the inner-workings of Archie (not Archie Cochrane, the founder of the organisation, but the online review system), a taster of ‘how to write a review’ using RevMan (downloadable and free to use by all), strategising the re-launching the social media for our group and ‘networking’ at the 21st Anniversary of UK Cochrane Centre event are just some of the things I’ve been doing this month.  I’m now finally settling in to the team and my University of Nottingham desk on the Jubilee Campus.  I’ve realised my role is rather flexible albeit strategic, and reasonably involved with the review process, working with review authors at the initial and final stages…so far.  So, where did I come from to get here, the Editorial Assistant of the Cochrane Schizophrenia Group?  At this point I could just upload my CV but don’t worry I won’t bore you with that…anyway, who needs a CV when you’ve got a LinkedIn accountRead the rest of this entry »
